It is a difficult time for all of us as we work to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on our students, staff and communities. Just as classes are moving online, we know that providing robust Career Services support is critical to employment outcomes of the students we serve.
In our ongoing commitment to career success, CAPPS and Career TEAM is providing a “Virtual Career Services” best practices session. Please join and learn how schools are using Career EDGE to provide Career Services support amidst disruption to campus operations.

With a background in higher education, coaching, and career development, Micaela strongly believes that education is a gateway to empowerment, confidence, and most of all – choice! As a result, what excites her the most about her role is sharing Career Team’s 20 years of Workforce Development experience with partner institutions and, ultimately, with graduates. Prior to CTL, she served as National Director of Sales for McGraw Hill Education. Micaela completed the Accomplishment Coaching leadership and coaches training program in 2013 and she is also a certified trainer in the Aha! Process, Bridges Out Of Poverty program.
Career TEAM exists to accelerate the human condition. Since 1996 we have placed & trained over 100,000 job seekers and staff. We provide innovative solutions to complex social challenges such as closing the opportunity divide, reducing unemployment, and eradicating poverty. CTL’s service initiatives include running programs for TANF, American Job Centers, Platform to Employment, and other programs designed to support hard to serve individuals.
In 2012, CTL scaled into higher education with an innovative career development platform entitled, The Career EDGE. EDGE provides content and tools that enhance the student experience from admission to job placement resulting in increased retention, graduation, and placement rates. Our solutions provide faculty and career services staff with scalable tools that improve professional development and employer partnerships.
