FOCUS ON FIT: BEST PRACTICES IN ATTRACTING, ENGAGING, AND RETAINING STUDENTS

This 3-part webinar series is presented exclusively for CAPPS Members by Norton|Norris & Friends.

Part One: Millennials and Maintaining Compliance in the Workforce

All employers face the challenge of a multi-generational work force, with the millennial generation on pace to soon become the largest segment of the work force.  Millennials in particular will question employers whose policies or training is premised on nothing more than “this is how we’ve always done it.”  CAPPS’ members are not immune to these challenges, but face the added challenge of ensuring a compliant environment in an era of strict scrutiny by multiple state and federal agencies.  The first part of this webinar will analyze the characteristics of the millennial generation and explain what makes these employees tick.  The second part will describe how CAPPS’ members, with an understanding of the millennial employee, should consider modifying their approaches to compliance and training to ensure this important employee segment is on board.
